Here is an easy way to decorate your window boxes in no time at all!
From now on my my Christmas window boxes will take me no time at all!
Before I get into the details, I realized after taking a photo, that I need to my get my husband white Christmas lights to hang around the window instead of green. But, I appreciate him doing it, so next year for sure!
For this easy Christmas decoration, I used two artificial swags, and one small metal hook I found at the craft store for thirty-nine cents!
Place your hook in the middle of the window box.
Most artificial swags come with a round hanger attached at the top. This is a perfect way to attach the swag to the metal hook!
Attach the second swag to the metal hook.
Next, attach a bow onto the metal hook with floral wire, or ribbon.
I used floral wire, and added three shatter proof ornaments onto one 8" piece. Next, all you have to do is attached them to the metal hook! How easy was that?
My husband ran the lights across the window box, before I added the Christmas window box decorations. The lights highlight the decorations beautifully!
