How to Make a Burlap Sunflower Wreath With 6 Inch Burlap

In the full video below I show how to make a sunflower wreath with 6-inch x 10-yard rolls of burlap. A 5.5-inch burlap can also be used just as easily for this method. The finished size of this wreath is about 21 inches.

Materials needed for flower:
- Cutting Mat
- Rotary Cutter
- Pipe Cleaners
- Scissors
- 10 inch box wire wreath frame
- 6 inch burlap of your choice
For the flower as shown, I used:
- 25 pieces of apple green, cut 6x9 inches
- 55 pieces of ivory, cut into 6x6 inch squares
- Outer ring: 25 apple green pieces
- 2nd ring in: 20 ivory pieces
- 3rd ring in: 20 ivory pieces
- center ring: 15 ivory pieces
Braided center - 1 roll of 2.5 inch by 10-yard roll of burlap ribbon. I cut the ribbon into 3 equal strips of 120 inches each.
