The Thrifty Way to Hang Curtains

Our sunroom renovation is still underway and after painting and laying a new floor, I really wanted to soften the whole space but not lose any light whatsoever.
I decided sheer curtain panels would look very romantic and soften the space but then I started looking for hardware and I was shocked at how much it cost! The room is large so I would need 3 rods over 10ft and and 12 brackets. The brackets alone were not in my budget since they ranged from $5-$10 each! So I had to get creative.
I went to Lowes and purchased 4 - 10ft electrical conduit pipes (which were only about $3 a piece!) along with these brackets to attach them to the wall (about $3 for 10!). They worked since this was a sunroom and I didn't need to open and close the curtains freely, I just wanted to soften the space, the rod could be a little tight against the wall. (But the panels actually do move well anyway)
I sprayed the pipes and brackets with Rustoeum's Hammered Silver spray paint and using Ikea's sheer white panels that are only $3.99 per PAIR! I hung them up in our sunroom. I love the way they turned out!

Love the look of the 'rods', looks very nice close to the wall. Ikea curtains are pretty inexpensive too but I like your idea better!

I could not find these panels on the Ikea website. Do you recall the name of the curtain?
