    I think it is a lovely idea Some people just will not let themselves step outside the box It does not look like to me you need any privacy Privacy from what the tress ? Enjoy your new curtains which let the beautiful view into your home I love it

      But how can they be "curtains" if they don't cover the windows at all? They are just pieces of fabric hung on the walls (that just happen to be near a window), right?

    I love this idea! I've been trying to figure out something cute for over my windows at night; but, don't look like curtains during the day. I think I'd use a different material and add a "tie back" to the bottom. When it's hanging down, it could be a bow. At night just grab the ends and tie it up in the middle on top. Viola!! Curtains by night; decoration in daytime. Saving this idea. 😊
