Painted my kitchen ceiling a light blue.

I was apprehensive at first, but now that it's done it's so tranquil. With the white cabinets going all the way to the ceiling, I felt it needed something to break it up.

I love painted ceilings..specially in small rooms. I had a small studio that I painted a very light foggy green..and the ceiling even lighter and painted vines around the ceiling and down the walls here and there...the vines were very muted and down the walls it was with glaze where you caught it when the light shonbe on them right. There is so much you can do that brings interest to any room and fool the eye to make it seem larger.
