First, cut your washi tape into strips of approximately the same length.
Now, let’s go crazy.
1. Equals signs
For the first pattern, we’re basically putting equals signs on the walls. These are two horizontal lines parallel to each other. Spread the designs out equidistant over the wall.
2. Sprinkles
Now it’s time for the remix. Go for alternating horizontal and vertical strips all over the wall.
3. Plus signs
What can I say, this washi tape pattern would be a great addition to your home decor. Just a little math humor for you there.
4. V for vary better
This is also a v. quick and easy washi tape design to create.
5. Diamonds
As Rihanna would say, shine bright like a diamond in the sky. And who doesn’t want to take interior design advice from Rihanna?

The diamond pattern looks kinda cool to me! I think I might just try it on a small patch of bare wall in my bedroom and see how it looks before I go crazy with other larger bare walls! I have only lived in my new apartment for about a year, but it's taking me a long time to get my walls just how I want them..I did just finish my largest living room wall with a mirror gallery wall! I got 12 smallish mirrors that were either oval or round, with one a bit larger that is rectangle, got them all from garage sales and Facebook marketplace, all 12 cost me under $100 bucks and I hung them with Command strips, it looks great, too! Thanks for the inspiration!
