Fun DIY Thanksgiving Wine Bottle Decor
Let me show you how to make these gorgeous chalkboard paint wine bottles, perfect for Thanksgiving decor!
Begin by grabbing some glass bottles (the number depends on what you would like it to say). I will be spelling out "Give Thanks".
I grabbed 10 bottles and soaked them in HOT soapy water for about an hour. I liked the idea of using different sized bottles for a unique look.
I was surprised how easy the labels were to peel off. I used a scrub brush to wipe off the remaining residue from the bottles and let them air dry on my dish rack.
After the bottles have cooled and dried it's time to spray paint. I used a wire coat hanger in my garage to set the stage for painting. I used a chalkboard paint for the bottles and it took only 15 minutes to dry.
I purchased fall florals and letters from my local craft store to spell out GIVE THANKS.
Aren't they gorgeous? I would love to hear your upcycling ideas for Fall decor. Drop a comment down below and let's share our projects!
