6. Remove Bugs and Droppings
Prepare a solution by mixing 80% water with 20% rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle.
Spray the exterior of your car to remove bugs or bird droppings.
For tough dirt spots, apply some of the solution onto the affected area, then cover it with a paper towel.
Spray the paper towel lightly with the solution again. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then use the paper towel to gently lift away the dirt. Rinse the area thoroughly afterward.
Finally, buff the cleaned area with a clean, dry cloth.
Rubbing alcohol effectively loosens and removes stubborn residues, leaving your car with a restored shine.
7. Windshield De-Icer

I tried this and it took the yellow off, but then when it dried, it made a cloudiness back over the headlights. Only got clear when I wiped it with water, but then as soon as the water dried, they clouded up again.
