Clean from the top down: Take a microfiber cloth and dust the surfaces of all wall-mounted objects, including mirrors and shelves, to avoid doubling your workload.
Clean up any fallen dust: Brush away any dust that’s fallen onto vanity units, sinks, and toilets. Use a streak-free cleaning solution to finish stainless-steel taps.
Tackle toilet grime: For the toughest bathroom job, pour a cup of vinegar into the cistern. Allow to sit for five minutes and flush for a gleaming finish.
Bake your shower clean: Take baking soda and water, mix, and apply to your showerhead. The solution will remove limescale and restore your shower’s full power.
Finish with vinegar: Use a scrubbing brush and vinegar to give tile grout a gleaming white finish and leave your bathroom sparkling.

How to clean a showerhead?

I have an old showerhead that will NOT, no matter what, come off. It is in dire need of being cleaned, sanitized and so forth. I know I can fill a jar with something and submerge it in this, but a) what would you recommend I use, bleach? vinegar? and b) since I'll be holding it, how long do you think it would take? Please no links to you tube videos etc. ... I'm a senior and would just appreciate some hands on advice!!!!
