When considering building a deck, many of my clients consider installing a hot tub as well. Most of them just assume that it must be placed on the deck. Whenever possible we try to hide it by building the hot tub into a deck, patio or landscaping. This project was done 10 years ago in 2002. Our client had an unusable sloping rear yard. We added a mahogany deck with rails and a built in hot tub. The result was an attractive installation for the whole family to relax. (We like them built in)

Best Hot Tubs "Hot Tub and Pool Experts" on Apr 15, 2016Depending on where you live, materials and labor can vary widely in cost. On Long Island, a mahogany deck with hot tub, etc. can be higher than in other areas of the country.
