In this video I show you how you can burn any design into wood WITHOUT a wood burning tool!
There are SO many possibilities! You can use stamps, stencils (just make sure your mixture is thick enough that it wont bleed under the stencil), paint on a saying or design. So much you can do with this and it's SO easy! :)
- Start with 1/2 a cup of warm water.
- Add 1 TBSP of Ammonium Chloride
- Mix until dissolved.
- Add 4 scoops (using the scoop included) of the liquid thickener.
Mix well and let sit for 5 minutes or until the mixture becomes a pudding like consistency.
5. Grab your Decor Stamps and dab on the mixture using a sponge (or you can use a sponge roller)
6. After mixture has been applied to the stamp then place the stamp in desired location on your wood project.
7. Press firmly on the stamp and then lift the stamp off of the wood project.
8. Repeat this until you have achieved your desired design with the stamps.
9. Use the heat gun (on high) and go over all the areas where you applied the stamp. Keep doing this until the stamped designs have appeared and are burned onto your wood.
Customize your own signs, make your own art, use stamps to a piece of ordinary wood and add a clip to hang a picture. Possibilities are truly endless!
