Caged Pumpkin Stack
I originally planned on using real pumpkins for this project however, I had extra faux pumpkins around so why not.

I love the spooky vibes in this pic that was taken at dusk. This could go indoors as well, but for now I like it on my front porch.
I started with 3 faux pumpkins but decided on 4 in the end. Two of the colors were good but the other two needed updating.
I new I wanted a greenish pumpkin so this white one got a little makeover using green acrylic paint and a few streaks of burgundy.
This dollar store orange pumpkin was painted with a custom color I mixed up using burgundy, brown and orange.
I wasn’t sure which vessel I wanted to use for this…
They really all would work great but in the end I decided on the galvanized steel bucket.
I grabbed some pieces of grapevine for the cage. You could also use sticks.
I then filled my bucket with some scrap wood and sand to weigh it down because we get some crazy winds here. I also cut a stake with a pointed end and inserted it in the center.
I then added some dried vines around the base.
I poked the three vines for the cage down into the sand and tied them at the top.

I popped the first pumpkin on the stake. This was easy because the faux pumpkin is made of styrofoam.
I added the second one and well, you get the idea.
I secured the smaller ones with some hot glue and then stuffed some little twigs around.
This was a fun and easy project!!
