Pella 'Slimshade' blinds between glass

I need name of an OEM company to order replacement cords plus parts for mini blinds for Pella windows (in between glass) that are 20+ years old. Any help with this would be great.

If you have a Lowes store nearby they can help you. Be sure to take the model or serial number with you. It should be on the door jamb.

Lowes would definitely be able to help you the serial number will identify the blind and purchase date to Pella and tell you if it's still under warranty which most blinds that were special order have lifetime warranties on replacement parts and repairs and if it wasn't special order the parts are usually still free

You need to know to avoid OEM in Michigan. I wasted $400 on one blind to be redone. The blind they returned was unworkable, one of the slats is missing the restring of the ladder cord is atrocious. I would not waste my money on them. I sent photos to them to show how the blind does not work, they won't even respond.
