It handled every floor in my house without missing a beat

One thing I appreciated immediately was how smoothly it moved between hardwood floors, rugs, and carpet.

It cleaned each surface equally well without needing any intervention from me.

I do have a couple of lightweight rugs, and while it occasionally flipped up one corner, simply securing those rugs solves the issue.

It's also nice that Narwal includes a cleaning solution with the system, so you're ready to start mopping right away.

The mopping performance genuinely impressed me

The biggest surprise was just how clean my floors felt afterward.

The FlowWash™ self-cleaning mop continuously washes itself with heated water while cleaning, so it isn't simply spreading dirty water around the floor. 

After one cleaning session, I walked around barefoot specifically to check for leftover dirt and couldn't feel anything at all.

In fact, when my husband came inside wearing his shoes, I could clearly see the fresh footprints because the surrounding floors were already so clean.

The smart features actually make a difference

I've used robot vacuums before that simply drove forward until they bumped into furniture before changing direction.

The Flow 2 White felt much smarter.

The obstacle avoidance was especially impressive in Pet Care Mode. My dog insisted on following the robot around the entire time, constantly getting in its way. 

Instead of bumping into her, the Flow 2 White detected her immediately, stopped, and found another path around her. It was surprisingly smooth and never felt confused.

It also navigated around walls and furniture much more gracefully than other robot vacuums I've tried. 

While room-specific cleaning occasionally took a slightly indirect route, it always made it to the correct area.

It's quiet enough to forget it's running

Another pleasant surprise was the noise level.

It's much quieter than a traditional vacuum, less than half as loud in my experience. I could continue working around the house or watch TV without constantly hearing it. 

When I was upstairs, I couldn't hear it at all, which definitely isn't the case with my regular vacuum.

For families, the available Baby Care Mode also lowers cleaning noise around nurseries while still keeping floors clean.

The low maintenance is one of the biggest wins

The cleaning doesn't stop when the robot finishes.

The all-in-one base station automatically empties the dustbin, washes the mop with hot water, and dries it afterward. 

That means far less day-to-day maintenance, with up to 120 days before needing to empty the dust collection system under typical use.

Instead of constantly maintaining the robot, I mostly let it take care of itself.
