Brenda Smith Wingo on Mar 25, 2013Glad Press 'n Seal plastic wrap will stick to the shelves and when they get spills, just peel off and toss. Cheap and easy.

Shuree Sparks Burgess on Dec 01, 2015My mom believed in shelving liner in the Frig. It wasn't for spills though, it was to preserve the glass and plastic from scratches and if something was dropped it padded the glass and softened the impact lessoning the chance of cracked glass or plastic drawers and door shelving. We always got white liner to keep the brightness of the light throughout the frig instead of other colors that would dull or darken the inside and make it hard to see the bottom shelves. I have clear frosted looking plastic mats from the dollar store that also work fine, they just give a slicker surface for your items to sit on. Sometimes I come out lucky and find them with ivy or floral designs that perk up the look but are still see through. If you use the rubber type liner that comes in a roll( also from dollar store), you can use any color in the drawers and doors because it keeps the stuff in place instead of sliding and clanking together or falling out when door is opened or closed. :-) Hope this is helpful to someone.
