Transforming a Damp, Dark Basement With a Dirt Floor - Now Dry & Clean
by

The homeowners were tired of their damp, musty basement and the poor air quality due to moisture and dirt floors. Rescon had the perfect solution to end the moisture; encapsulate the area, install a dehumidifier, add a new floor and install a sump pump to ensure water would never leak into the basement again.
The basement before the work began. The homeowners dreaded having to go down into this basement area due to the darkness and the damp musty smell. Having a dirt floor did nothing to entice them.
Walls & space encapsulated, concrete floor poured and set.
Dehumidifier and sump pump installed - this basement is now dry, clean, fresh and the homeowners can now use the space.

Rescon Basement Solutions on Jul 17, 2015A price for project like this, or any project for that matter, will depend on many factors. The factors include the overall size of the space, the general conditions of the space and the elements of entire solution that will be needed along with the wants and wishes of the homeowner. This project included waterproofing (sump and full drainage) encapsulation, a dehumidification system and a new concrete floor pour in a medium sized space. The project came in under $20,000.00.
