The homeowners were tired of their damp, musty basement and the poor air quality due to moisture and dirt floors. Rescon had the perfect solution to end the moisture; encapsulate the area, install a dehumidifier, add a new floor and install a sump pump to ensure water would never leak into the basement again.

A price for project like this, or any project for that matter, will depend on many factors. The factors include the overall size of the space, the general conditions of the space and the elements of entire solution that will be needed along with the wants and wishes of the homeowner. This project included waterproofing (sump and full drainage) encapsulation, a dehumidification system and a new concrete floor pour in a medium sized space. The project came in under $20,000.00.

  A project like this does not have a one-size fits all solution or price. What exactly are you looking to have done? Do you need a dehumidifier, sump pump, crawlspace encapsulation - all of these?
