How to make a balloon garland?

Hi! Are you trying to make a centerpiece? Any place that sells helium-filled balloons will sell little decorative weights to tie to the balloons. To do this pick a variety of balloons in a couple of colors with a main decorative balloon, that one should be the tallest, then arrange the other balloons around it mixing the colors and height of the balloons, then attach to the weight. You can curl or cut the excess ribbon.
