This butterfly-framed mirror is simple to make, but it looks gorgeous when it's finished!
1. Expand the paper butterflies wings
Spread the butterflies out on some cardboard and expand their wings to make them more three-dimensional.
2. Spray paint the butterflies and wreath frame
Once the wings are spread, spray paint the butterflies and wreath frame in metallic gold. Make sure to let them dry well before each coat.
3. Stick butterflies to the frame
Once the paint is dry, attach the butterflies to the frame using hot glue. Start in the middle and work your way out.
I wanted a more random look so I decided to glue my butterflies in different directions.
4. Add a mirror
Once the butterflies are glued in place it's time to add a mirror.
Add some hot glue to the wreath frame and then press it onto the mirror.Â
If your mirror does not have a wall hook you will need to glue one onto the back.
