How do I remove white spots from Stainless Steel Pots and Pans.
After I clean and dry the Stainless Steel pots and pans it is white spots in the bottom. I’ve tried baking soda so far. How do I properly clean stainless steel pans?

Try Bar Keepers friend
Janet Pizarro hit the nail on the head. I’ve been using Barkeepers Friend for decades and you just cannot beat it for cleaning and polishing Stailless Steel. I even use it for my SS sink and after 15 years..it still looks like new! Good luck.
Curse those white shadow-like spots! I use brilliant pads...
Try Mr. Clean magic eraser.
I just simple baking soda, polishes it all away nicely.
I use lemon juice.
Try white vinegar
I would try some vinegar. Hope it works.
I'm another vote for Barkeepers Friend with a squirt of Dawn. Make a paste in the bottom of the pan and scrubb with a sponge. I have expensive stainless pans with a mirror finish inside and out. This keeps them beautiful without scratching. My pans are 20 years old, and look new. Makes difficult clean ups easy.
Cream of tartar works when paste of baking soda isn't quite enough.
Cream of Tartar? It's on the spice shelf. Lots of people use it to help stiffen egg whites in meringues... It's a great micro-scrub, similar to how baking soda works, but this gets stuff off that baking soda doesn't. Non-scratch as well.
Quite by accident (had a long phone conversation), I found that leaving the pot/pan soaking in hot water and Dawn for about 20 minutes (or more) works most of the time. Barkeepers Friend when that doesn't work!
Use Stainless steel cleaner - Liquid or Powder.
Rio it is a spice used in some recipes.
Here's a post that might help https://chascrazycreations.com/homemade-cleaner-for-stainless-steel/
I use Cerama Bryte stainless steel cleaner for pots and pans. It works like a charm when a good hot soak with Dawn dishwashing liquid doesn't do the trick. It's similar to Bar Keeper's Friend.
Make a paste of cream of Tartar with water and scrub with it.
