The absolute best way to clean grout - 4 methods tested, 1 clear winner
clean. Would I eat of my floors? Absolutely not. But I never thought
they were as dirty as they were until I moved my island. We had a large
family gathering so I thought I would turn our
island sideways to use as a buffet in our kitchen. Well, when I did that
I found out what color our grout was suppose to be. I tested out the methods I found on Pinterest and 1 cleaner from Home Depot. The results were AMAZING!

The grout cleaner we like best is Clorox toilet bowl cleaner gel. A squirt in a grout line can be spread about 10 ft. We let it sit a few minutes and then wipe it clean. It does have a strong smell so we do a bit at a time with the windows open. I had ordered a special grout cleaner from Amazon to try but figured to get enough to do all of the grout would cost $350-400 - nope. I can get the same amount done for less than $10 with the Clorox gel.

We used the toilet bowl cleaner and yes it does work! My husband and I will do sections at a time because as you can imagine, the Clorox is strong. That said, it's really inexpensive. Even though the tile has been down for over 20 years, the tile and grout looked like the day we had it installed!

They pictures show a great before and after difference. I personally prefer baking soda & vinegar to clean . I see that you have used four different methods, therefore which out of the four you liked the best?
So which one was the winner? Even on my huge monitor I can't tell in the picture showing all 4 options.
