Pale Olive/Beige
Different colors seem to work better or be more popular in different areas/regions of the country. I've been fortunate enough to be able to stain or repaint a few homes in various areas of the U.S. over the years and have learned just how different colors can affect the curb appeal of homes. I generally prefer a light beige with white trim. I've always wanted to have a little yellow house with white trim for some reason. :) Thanks for asking!
I like dark and light gray with white trim. I also like dark brown and a yellow door.
Hi Amy: I like the lighter colours for modern style homes and the dark red brick for the older homes. Also, a light coloured roof for modern homes and darker roofs for older homes.
Blue gray
I have shifted from almond to white and now gray. Currently adding brick and will accent with gray siding and metal.
Gray but adding texture with brick
Cactus green, anything will go with it, either white or black doors.
I think it all depends on the style of the house itself. Some houses do well with fun colors while others may not. If given a choice, I'll pick a color, maybe blues or yellows or black.
I had a similar situation and ended up booking a repair through https://emersonproservices.com/roofing-siding because I liked that they were upfront about pricing and sent techs who’d already been background checked. They also tossed in a cleaning discount, which didn’t hurt. Might be worth a look if you just want someone to handle the whole thing without surprises.
Hi Amy: A lot depends on the area you live in. A bright blue house wouldn't look good in Arizona :) But basically, I like the neutral colours or gray. My house is a light gray brick with white trim, shutters, and garage door, and a dark roof.
Very pale olive green - goes with everything!
Ours is a medium grey with white accents, I think it looks modern and clean!☺️
