I looked on line at fake plastic rocks. They might work for you. You would have to make a cut out to cover your faucet. Home Depot sells them in different sizes, shapes and colors. They are also available on Amazon.

Start with a box Plastic maybe, and covr with cement mix to desired shape If you mix a bit of Plasticisor with it, it would make it more moldable

  • For a faux rock cover for an outdoor water faucet, use newspaper or a styrofoam cup to build a simple rock shape. Then, cover it with mesh or plastic and apply a lightweight concrete mix or a mortar that resembles hypertufa (perlite, peat moss, and cement). To get a natural, rock-like color, texturize by pressing a wrinkled plastic bag, apply a final coat of sand and cement after the first layer has dried, and stain using an acid-based stain.

Amazon sells fake rocks. Home Depot sells faucet covers which can be painted and decorated.
