Tie No Sew Pillows and a Blanket

If you don't like to sew, this is the project for you! All you need is a couple of yards of fleece fabric, some pillow forms and a sharp pair of scissors.
First, cut the shape out for the project you are making. Don't forget to double your layer of fabric so you have a front and a back. Cut a square from all 4 corners.
Now cut strips all the way around. Use your corners to gauge the length of your strips. This will make your ties.
Now add your pillow form. I added 2 hand towels because I didn't have a pillow form for this small pillow.
Now start at the corner and tie a tight knot all the way around.
Now you have a cute no sew pillow.
I made a blanket using the same instructions. I first washed and dried my fleece fabric so that I can wash this in the future.
And there you have it. So easy! Pretty no sew pillows and a blanket.
So soft and so much texture.
I hope you'll try this no sew tie pillow and blanket project. They make great gifts too.
Enjoyed the project?

Have a question about this project?
How many yards do I need per pillow? Thankyou
Thanks for sharing this. I always use 1 1/2 yards for children blankets. So for my 3-month-old granddaughter. I made a floor pillow, blanket, and a small pillow. What I loved about yours. Is that you place a pillow on top of the fabric then tied it. Clever idea. Of course, I'm using your technique., Thx
Can you use regular fabric material to do a NO TIE PILLOW
