Easy

2 picket fence borders from Lowe's (on clearance), Christmas ribbon from Michael's (50%off), some stain, 4 small hinges, and 2 Furring Strip Board pieces I had left over... our very own Christmas Tree Fence..

This was really easy. I only had to buy the pickets and the ribbon. I had the wood strips, stain, and hinges left over from other projects.

We removed the pickets by unwrapping and cutting the wires with wire cutters (this was a bit time consuming.) I cut 6 pieces, 24 inches each, from the Furring Strip Boards (1 in. x 3 in. x 8 ft.). Then stained the wood strips before attaching the pickets with wood glue and my nail gun. I did all the staining and sanding before attaching all 3 sides. I attached them with small hinges (I already had these on hand). The stain was a mixture of left over stains I had.
