Why not use an Amazon or other box the size needed? Make a slot opening in the middle top of the box you use so the cards can be dropped into the slot. Let the children decorate the box as they please using a variety of colored construction paper and ribbons. The container will end u being a unique classroom project! If you plan ahead one side of the box could be sliced in such a way that the students or you can open one side and remove the cards. Goal achieved: having a participatory fun project building the box and enjoying the cards on opening day.
I've seen some really cute ones made out of gift bags. Kleenex boxes work great because they have the hole already in the top. Decorate with stickers or wrapping paper!
I'm a big fan of unique creations and would get some boxes and cover with contact paper then add valentine decorations. I've glued candy hearts before which is cute and inexpensive. Cruise the dollar aisle and dollar stores for items that have a large quantity.
Hi Aimee, I love this little camera box!

Are you seeking individual boxes say, for each kid or is it more of a larger box to hold items for everyone? For the former, I’d maybe head to the dollar store and look for a bunch that can be decorated possibly with paint or things like pipe cleaners that can be glued on. For the latter, I’d take some cardboard and build a shape like a heart just using tape or glue then wrap it or paint it.
