Garlands made from twine, jute, or rope can make a huge impact. Just find colorful scraps of material, cut into long triangles and then hot glue the wide wide side (opposite the point of the triangle) to the jute and space them as you like. The garland can be hung over tops of windows, doorways, or placed around or on a table. If hung outside they will usually flap in the breeze!
This image looks like it was made with a pool noodle and decorative plastic wraps but there are a ton of terrific tutorials here on Hometalk. Try the search bar at the top left and no doubt you'll have a slew of great ideas!

You can purchase primary colored square paper plates.
Make "gumball" trees for centerpieces by using a styrofoam ball and toothpicks. Insert one end in gumdrops the press into the ball.
You can paint swirls onto the back side of paper plates and wrap in cellophane for a smaller version of the suckers you have in your photo.
You didn't mention her age but you can take strips of material and make her a "tutu" or if older, do a multi colored bright eye shadow.
Toilet paper rolls wrapped in bright colored cellophane for decorations or fill with small candies for party favors.
Flat circles of styrofoam wrapped in bright cellophane and hang for decorations.
Check the Dollar Tree for candy cane decorations. I saw today they have Christmas decorations out already.

Hi Bracha! You can watch this video for amazing candyland decoration ideas. Hope this helps!

Hello Bracha: Here is a site that shows various ways to make cinnamon ornaments which, by the way, you can give as gifts or make gift tags out of them.
As for candy, I made these for my cat loving friends :) christmas candy mice - Search Images (bing.com) Choose the one you want, click on it and when it comes up, click on 'visit site' and you'll get more information and the recipe.
Also, I will get some candy canes, google eyes, small (really small) pom poms and some brown pipe cleaners. I can't remember what they call them now, but they come in different colours. Leave the paper on the canes. Where the U part of the cane is, I wrap a pipe cleaner around, so it looks like antlers. Then, I will glue on 2 googly eyes and a pom pom nose at the bottom of the crook. There you have a reindeer! :) They look something like this, but not as goofy :) If you right click on the picture and then "edit image', it should come up bigger.
Here's a picture of a decoration that you can create yourself:

Pool noodle twisted into pretzels. Cut styrofoam balls in half and glue in lines on white cloth in rows of color for dot candy. Popcorn square containers from dollar tree painted in color theme, maybe use tape instead of paint.
For decorations, you could create colorful candy-themed centerpieces using jars filled with assorted candies like gumballs and lollipops. Bright tablecloths and oversized paper flowers can really add to the Candyland vibe too!
When I hosted a candy-themed party for my niece, we made giant candy cutouts to hang around the room, and they turned out amazing! To keep the energy high, we also rented a popcorn machine from a company like https://sizzleyourevents.com/ . It was a hit with the kids, and the smell of fresh popcorn just added to the festive atmosphere. Everyone loved it!
Go to stores like the $ store Poundlland etc. See what you can pick up there.
