I took ikea basket drawers and some wallpaper and brads and made some great looking storage where things won't fall through the wires.
I started out by measuring the wire baskets.
I cut the wallpaper size I needed and turned the wire baskets upside down. Placed them on the wire similar to packaging a christmas present and folded down the sides. I used the brads to hold the wallpaper to the wires.
I put the wallpaper all the way up the top edge of the wire basket.
Poked a hole for the brad with a pair of scissors.
Placed the brad and folded the brad ends around the wire.
Then on the front of the wire basket I folded the two sides in and the longest piece up.
Securing it with two brads, one on either side of the top of the fold.
Then I cut another piece of the wallpaper and placed it freely inside the basket, you can also use cardboard here, but my wallpaper was very thick.
And here is the finished project. Usable drawers where things won't fall out and it has a nice look!

Where did you get the wire baskets with the frame work that rolls around? The Ikea link shows just the baskets but not the frame work.

Gave me idea to adapt as hamper for socks, and underclothes. I'll use cloth to line the inside instead of outside so can be removed and washed. Thanks for the inspiration.
